Select a verification method for the current login account:
a. Verification via code sent to the current login account.
b. Verification via login password.
Verify the new login account:
a. Enter the new login account.
b. Input the verification code sent to the email address associated with the new login account.
c. Set a new password.
d. Re-enter the password to confirm.
Delete Account
Ensure that your account has no outstanding bills or ongoing business activities.
Send an email request to delete your account to support@vatai.com.
Once the support team receives your email, they will confirm with you via email whether you want to proceed with account deletion. Upon your confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted.
Change Linked Email
Click the Change your email button.
Enter the email address you want to use for receiving notifications and click the Send Verification Email button.
Our system will send a verification email to the address you provided. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification.
Change Password
Click the Change Password button.
Enter your current password.
Enter a new password.
Re-enter the new password for confirmation. Once verified, your password will be successfully updated.
